We offer training and professional development opportunities to enhance individual knowledge, skills, and abilities, and to achieve organizational goals.  Professional development is a life-long process and we believe in fostering an environment that supports teaching, coaching, and educating employees. Employees and managers are encouraged to discuss and review programs and/or courses that supports the mission of our organization. Eligible full-time employees may apply for the tuition reimbursement program – subject to pre-authorization and eligibility review. You must complete the specific plan beneficiary form and submit the original to HR. Please refer to the benefits page and select the appropriate form for the Plan/Benefits.
